• Patient Population : Adult
• Setting : Hospital-based and Outpatient Clinic
• Responsibilities : Provide outpatient Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine care; see patients per day; participate in high-volume office practice; share call coverage; collaborate with physicians, APP, and clinical staff
• Required Procedures : Gastroenterology procedures
• EMR System : Epic
• Support Staff : 2 physicians, APP, fully trained staff
• Days Per Month : Full-time schedule
• On-Call/Weekends : Call 10 days per month

Submission Requirements:

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology
• Ohio license (or in process)
• BLS and ACLS
• NPDB Self Query within 30 days
