Your Mission: As our
Senior Data Analyst , you are the central link between business and data. You will build our data infrastructure, develop dashboards, and ensure every decision is grounded in solid, reliable data. You take full ownership of our analytics landscape and actively shape the future of the company:
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a consistent “Source of Truth” for all company data
Develop and optimize BI dashboards (PowerBI preferred)
Implement and manage tracking solutions (Google Tag Manager, CDPs)
Analyze complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights
Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to enable data-driven decisions
Your Profile:
Education:
University degree (Bachelor's or higher) required; quantitative background strongly preferred (STEM, Economics or Business Administration with a clear analytical focus)
Experience:
3+ years in data analytics, ideally in a fast-moving startup environment - you take strong ownership, drive multiple initiatives simultaneously in small teams, and stay resilient when things are ambiguous
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of
SQL,
Experience with
Python
or
R,
Hands‑on experience with BI tools (PowerBI, Looker, Tableau)
Tracking & Analytics:
Familiarity with
Google Tag Manager , experience with Product Analytics is a plus
Big Plus: Experience with PostHog, Hex.tech or Jupyter Notebooks
