Drive mobile coaches to schedule programs; greet patients with AIDET and accurately register them into designated registration module.
Assist Technologist with patient flow, supplies and records.
Flexible hours to meet program demands including 7 AM departures from EMS garage, working Saturday and Sunday programs when indicated.
Travel to programs in TN, GA and AL, maximum 2‑hour one way.
Inform lead driver when maintenance, service and repair is due on mobile coaches.
Take inventory of coaches interior and exterior for needed repairs.
Communicate with manufacturers and vendors that service mobiles when repairs are needed; communicate such to Manager and Director.
Maintain all required logs and records, including service logs.
Communicate to other drivers all changes in policies and workflow.
Responsible for daily restocking of mobile units.
Ensure minimal errors are made during patient registration.
Assist with productivity, find work during downtime.
Provide excellent customer service.
Register scheduled patients as they arrive with hospital registration software and escort them to dressing rooms for their exam; communicate with the X‑Ray Technician on board any information regarding the patient the Technician would need prior to the exam.
Take all paperwork from registrations and exams to the hospital to turn in at the end of each shift.
Job Requirements
High School Graduate or equivalent.
1 year experience driving 40‑foot vehicle.
Driver's License: TN (AUTO:TN).
CDL – Class A or B.
Pay Range $16.00 – $21.83 per hour.
