Overview Location: Texas (Hybrid: Field + Remote)
Compensation: Base $55K–$70K | OTE $85K–$100K+ (Aggressive commission on new logos)
About the Role: We’re hiring a
high-output SDR
to help expand our footprint with organizations that require
professional security solutions across physical environments and infrastructure . This role focuses on
strategic outbound sales , identifying organizations that benefit from modern security solutions such as
remote surveillance, site monitoring, mobile security, and guard response services .
Our clients span a wide range of industries including:
Construction and development
Oil & gas and pipeline infrastructure
Commercial buildings and facilities
Corporate campuses and education
Utilities and energy infrastructure
Vacant property and asset protection
Transportation and logistics
Hospitality and healthcare
Manufacturing
You’ll work a
blend of cold outbound and warm opportunities
— including referrals, existing relationships, and inbound interest — to engage organizations that need better visibility, protection, and response capabilities. We’re not a startup figuring it out —
we already execute at scale . We are one of the
largest site security providers in Central/South Texas .

This is a
hybrid role :
In the field
when it matters (client meetings, site visits, relationship building)
Fully remote
when it doesn’t (prospecting, sequencing, pipeline management)

oil & gas, utilities, commercial facilities, logistics, healthcare, and more
— and this role is on the front line of making that happen.
Your job is not just to book meetings. Your job is to:
Open new sectors of the business
Help define
what works in each vertical
Clear path to AE or sales leadership roles
And ultimately help
build and lead a sales team
There is real work to do — this is not a plug-and-play SDR seat.
And there is also real upside.
If you perform, you won’t just be another SDR — you’ll be a
key part of building the next stage of the company .

What You’ll Do
Generate pipeline through
cold outbound (calls, email, LinkedIn, in-person meets)
Convert
warm leads, referrals, and existing market interest
into qualified meetings
Prospect into
operations leaders, facility managers, security directors, and executives
Engage
Director, VP, and Owner-level decision makers
across industries
Execute structured
sequences and cadences that produce results
Track all activity and pipeline in our internal
CRM
Collaborate with leadership on
target accounts, vertical expansion, and messaging
Must-Have Qualifications
2–4 years SDR/BDR experience
in
physical security, construction tech, building services, or related industries
Existing relationships with
builders, operators, facilities leaders, or security decision-makers
in
Texas or the Southeast
Comfortable calling and engaging
Director, VP, and Owner-level contacts
Proven cold outbound results
(sequences, cadences, pipeline metrics)
Experience with
CRM
(logging, sequencing, reporting)
Self-starter — able to
operate without heavy management oversight
Nice-to-Have
Experience selling into industries such as
oil & gas, utilities, commercial/residential construction, real estate, manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, or education
Familiarity with
remote surveillance technology, site cameras, or guard dispatch concepts
LinkedIn Sales Navigator power user
(list building, intent signals, prospecting workflows)
Experience engaging
VP-level or senior operations leadership
