Mission The Xurrent Partner Manager US (PM-US) is responsible for building Xurrent business by leveraging the development, readiness, and sales productivity of appropriate Xurrent partners. Combining a rare mix of market development, program management, and sales, the PM-US will actively pursue new partners and take on existing partnerships, while tactically executing on building out the best partners for the region. This role will partner with those organizations to drive demand generation (pipeline) and support them in selling the Xurrent platform to their prospects.
The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
This is a hybrid role, with regular on-site presence required in our Austin office.

VP of Global Channel & GM of EMEA
Responsibilities
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and other teams to develop a regional sales plan
Develop annual Business Plans with partners, including regular follow up meetings
Build and maintain strong relationships with Xurrent’s existing partnership network
Identify strong potential partners to add to Xurrent’s growing partnership network
Engage with partner sales leaders and partnership managers; enable partner’s sales teams to effectively deliver the Xurrent pitch and support partner’s sales staff in closing deals
Build and maintain pipeline of business through partnership channels to exceed revenue quotas, including organizing pipeline-generating activities with the partner (events, digital campaigns, call campaigns, customer days, etc)
Actively network and call into those potential partners to drive channel originated pipeline velocity and deal progression to the closure
Support Xurrent Account Executives to bring opportunities to a successful close
Support Customer Success Managers with renewals through partners
Manage and monitor partner enablement and ongoing investment in, and certification of partner’s support staff and implementation consultants
Provide accurate channel sales forecasts to the business on a weekly basis, driving sales
Produce market research and assessment to identify regional partner and partner sales forecasts for inclusion in next year’s AOP
Minimum Requirements
3–5 years of channel management experience, with a focus on building pipeline through partner channels
Proven track record of consistently exceeding targets in enterprise software sales, channel sales, or channel management
Experience developing and managing partner-driven pipeline and revenue forecasts
Ability to execute joint business planning and pipeline generation initiatives with partners
Strong organizational and analytical skills, including forecasting and market assessment
Effective cross-functional collaboration skills across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple organizational levels
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in direct selling
Bachelor’s degree
Experience in service management software or working with/for Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
Experience working in agile, start-up, or scale-up environments with demonstrated success
