* Prospect and generate new business leads via phone, email, and networking * Qualify potential clients and identify business needs * Schedule meetings or product demos for senior sales representatives * Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM software * Build and maintain relationships with business clients * Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Basic computer skills (CRM experience is a plus) * Previous customer service or sales experience is a bonus but not required
Compensation & Benefits
* Base salary + uncapped commission * On-target earnings: $55,000 - $80,000+ annually * Paid training and ongoing mentorship * Career advancement opportunities
