A company is looking for a vSphere Security Architect (Lead) to support a short-term remote consulting engagement focused on assessing and hardening a VMware-based platform environment. Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall security assessment of the VMware vSphere environment Evaluate configurations against VMware security and hardening best practices, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending remediation strategies Assess VMware networking architecture, including NSX-T, and provide recommendations for security improvements
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience with VMware infrastructure and platform architecture Strong expertise in vSphere security architecture and ESXi hardening Experience with the VMware Aria Suite and infrastructure automation tools like Terraform and Ansible Strong understanding of VMware networking and segmentation models Ability to perform security assessments and deliver technical architecture recommendations
