Responsibilities
Partner with product owners and stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into detailed technical documentation.
Document current and future state processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to enhance workflows.
Serve as an intermediary between technical teams and business units, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
Track changes to requirements, monitor project progress, and support testing and validation efforts.
Communicate requirements and functional specifications to product engineering teams.
Create and maintain reports on system performance, business metrics, and project outcomes to inform decision‑making.
What we expect from you
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field required.
3–5 years of experience in business analysis or technical analysis roles.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Excel, Jira, Confluence, and process modeling software.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
Expected Work Location (Remote) It is expected that you will primarily perform work remotely. You may be asked to travel, as needed, to the Wendy's Restaurant Support Center (RSC) (1 Dave Thomas Blvd, Dublin, OH 43017), or to other location(s) as designated by the Company. Changes to work location arrangements are subject to managerial approval and business needs.

Pay Range:
$74,000.00 - $126,000.00 Annually
