Great Opportunity to become part of one of our NFL Technology Teams!! This is a
HYBRID
role, requiring you to
work on-site at NFL Headquarters in NYC 2-3x per week
Position Summary We are looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Project Manager to lead the implementation and optimization of our marketing technology stack and other technology projects as needed. You will act as the central link between our IT teams and external vendors, ensuring all technology projects are delivered on time, within budget, and drive tangible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery:
Manage the full lifecycle of projects, including demand, scoping and planning, execution and control, and close.
Roadmap & Strategy:
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and backlogs to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors to define requirements and manage expectations.
Process Improvement:
Optimize workflows, reducing manual tasks and enhancing team efficiency.
Risk Mitigation:
Proactively identify potential risks, issues, and technical dependencies, implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
Documentation & Training:
Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and maintain PMO governance related documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
5-7+ years in project management, specifically within the Marketing Technology (Martech), IT or Product Development space.
Platforms:
Proficiency with platforms like Adobe, or similar.
Methodologies:
Strong experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
Tools:
Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Adobe Workfront
Communication:
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related degree.
Desired Qualifications
PMP (Project Management Professional) or CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) certification.
What You Will Do (Day-to-Day)
Lead daily scrum meetings and remove roadblocks for technical teams.
Translate business needs into functional requirements for developers.
Monitor project health, budget, and resource allocation.
Report project status to senior leadership and to the IT PMO.
