Job Summary Field Sales Representative responsible for prospecting and presenting Auris Payroll solutions to small and mid‑sized merchants and businesses, both in person and over the phone. You will close deals within a fast sales cycle, using Atlas CRM to upsell current clients and maintain regular communication with Payroll Territory and Payroll Division Managers. The role includes initial training, setting appointments, running presentations, uncovering needs, and closing sales, with the opportunity to set your own schedule to maximize commission and residuals.
Responsibilities
Prospect new clients
Maintain client records in Atlas CRM
Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting first‑time appointments to secure wins
Continuously develop knowledge of product portfolio and fintech developments
Attend weekly team meetings and one‑on‑one sessions with leaders
Execute assigned responsibilities as needed
Minimum Qualifications
18 years of age or older
Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
Successful completion of pre‑employment background check
Residence within the area relative to the job posting location
At least two years of relevant experience
Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
Works well independently and as part of a team
Incentive‑driven sales “hunter”
Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity
High sense of urgency and innate sales talent
Enjoys cold‑calling and face‑to‑face interactions
Accountable for measurable, high‑quality, timely results
Ability to be in the field at least 50% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma/GED
Prior experience in a B2B sales role
Prior experience with a CRM tool such as Salesforce or Hubspot

Average first‑year earnings $90,000‑$105,000+ with uncapped weekly commissions, lifetime residuals, and portfolio equity
