Über
Rate $41/hour to $42/hour; negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze daily Claude platform operations to identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement.
Provide L1/L2 support by troubleshooting user issues, resolving technical problems, and escalating complex cases when necessary.
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and support teams to streamline workflows and enhance platform performance.
Support user onboarding by delivering guidance, documentation, and training materials to ensure a seamless experience.
Manage high-volume operational tasks with accuracy and strong attention to detail while maintaining service quality.
Track operational metrics and generate reports to support data‑driven decisions and operational best‑practice development.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Operations, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in an operations analyst, technical support, or SaaS support role.
Strong troubleshooting ability with hands‑on experience providing L1/L2 support in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to interact confidently with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership.
Pay Details $41.00 to $42.00 per hour.
