Technical Project Manager Responsible for leading IT and OT projects in end‑user computing, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and networking through the project lifecycle and ensuring alignment with business strategies and objectives. Requires strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
Core Responsibilities
Build and develop project teams for optimal performance, providing clear purpose, direction, and motivation.
Lead IT and OT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring performance against expectations.
Collaborate with cross‑function teams to identify requirements, scope, financial budget, and monthly forecast.
Develop project plans, establish baselines, identify critical path, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Monitor and track project status, milestones, tasks, and budget against baselines, addressing action items and ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
Track monthly schedule and budget metrics; notify IT leadership of issues that impede on‑time, on‑budget completion.
Identify dependencies and assist the team in removing roadblocks.
Perform monthly resource planning; report workload and resource issues promptly.
Follow the change management process for any alterations to scope, schedule, and budget.
Conduct contract management, verifying scope, requirements, and durations in contracts.
Update project schedules in Smartsheet weekly.
Update project slides in weekly status presentations; report milestone status, budget, issues, and risks to IT leadership; escallate as necessary.
Manage vendor relationships and contracts, reviewing and monitoring vendor performance consistently.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
3–5 years of technical project management experience.
Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies and industry best practices.
Proficiency in Smartsheet or MS Project.
Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
Good stakeholder and vendor management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and projects.
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills, with the ability to assess and mitigate risks in a timely manner.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of addressing both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP certification.
Experience in IT or OT.
Experience working at a data center company.
Additional Details
Location: Denver, CO or San Francisco, CA.
Travel up to 10%.
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Must pass comprehensive background screening.

Compensation Range $115,540.00 – $128,260.00
