About New Brook International New Brook International is a family-owned importer and distributor serving industrial and nutraceutical markets across USMCA. We represent a focused group of global manufacturers supplying pigments, mineral fillers, and specialty ingredients.
We operate as a nimble, relationship-driven organization where sales professionals have real influence over territory direction, product focus, and growth strategy.
What You’ll Do
Drive new business through targeted prospecting and opportunity development.
Grow existing accounts through cross-selling and application expansion.
Work directly with R&D, procurement, and operations teams to position solutions.
Identify new applications, market trends, and product opportunities.
Manage pricing and margins to drive profitable growth.
Own and maintain a disciplined sales pipeline and forecast.
Act as a key link between customers and global suppliers.
Travel to customers, prospects, and industry events.

Consistently building and converting a strong pipeline.
Expanding share within existing accounts.
Identifying and commercializing new applications.
Driving both revenue growth and margin performance.

Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in technical or industrial B2B sales, ideally within:
specialty chemicals, nutraceuticals, mineral fillers, or related markets.
Strong understanding of pricing, margins, and territory management.
Proven ability to manage full sales cycles with technical components.
Experience working with suppliers and distribution models (preferred).
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Willingness to travel.
