Required Skills
Experience with board support packages (BSPs) and software development kits (SDKs)
Experience with systems‑on‑chips (SoCs), systems‑on‑modules (SoMs), microprocessors, discrete memory, and integrated peripherals
Working knowledge of embedded hardware design, printed circuit board (PCB) components, and debugging
Working knowledge of RF sensors, technologies, and development to include: Bluetooth, cellular, NFC/RFID, software‑defined radio (SDR) peripherals, and Wi‑Fi
Position Overview The candidate will join a seasoned team of fellow developers building a custom hardware device embedded with various RF sensors and capable of AI‑inferencing at the edge. The end product will incorporate various cyber solutions and capabilities through the attached peripherals.
Embedded system development with custom and commercial hardware
System design optimizations to include the use of Neural Processing Units (NPUs) and convolutional neural networks (CNNs)
Opportunity for personal development and growth using reverse engineering to alter/enhance functionality of peripherals
