Responsibilities
Lead and manage the full lifecycle of data science and AI solutions, starting with the engineering of the data model to serve as the foundation.
Develop and deploy predictive models, recommendation models, and other solutions to provide timely insights, recommendations and predictions.
Work closely with engineers, data scientists and analysts within the BI team, and collaborate cross‑functionally with other colleagues and stakeholders throughout the organization.
Maintain an exceptional understanding of business KPIs and related processes to ensure model relevancy.
Continuously seek out additional data points that can be leveraged to improve model accuracy and applicability.
Work with leaders, product engineers and user experience researchers to turn qualitative data into quantitative data for recommendation models.
Exhibit excellent communication skills needed to articulate the model’s impact in business terms to front‑line managers or executive leaders.
Create and maintain dashboards and interfaces using PowerBI for model recommendations and insights.
Leverage and test multiple methodologies for advanced analysis projects and select the most accurate approach.
Use analytical rigor and statistical methods to analyze large data sets and extract actionable insights with advanced statistical techniques.
Mentor team members on data and analytical projects or on cross‑functional teams.
Qualifications
Master’s or PhD in a field that builds and maintains machine learning models; demonstrated thought leadership in data science.
5+ years of experience building and delivering machine learning/AI algorithms (classification, regression, clustering, time series forecasting, topic modeling, anomaly detection, etc.).
5+ years of experience articulating model value, correlating the model to business needs, and ensuring models drive insights.
Experience with Snowflake (Snowpark is a plus).
Advanced proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and related tools.
Experience working with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Consumption, and Operational data.
Experience building data visualisation reports and dashboards for executives and stakeholders.
Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced presentation skills for sharing key insights with executives, senior leadership and business stakeholders.
Experience in data management and an understanding of data structures, ingestion, blending, transformation and visualisation techniques.
Benefits & Compensation Compensation Range
US‑based salary range: $121,000 – $201,000. Successful candidates may also be eligible for Sprinklr’s discretionary bonus plan, commission plan, and/or equity plan, depending on the role.
