Drive sales growth and profitability within the Industrial OEM markets, aligned with the company’s strategic direction. Take full responsibility for acquiring new customers and managing existing accounts — from the first offer and contract negotiations all the way to successful product delivery. Increase brand awareness and market presence through targeted marketing and sales initiatives, also attend trade shows and other industry relevant events. Ensure effective sales management and reporting, including pipeline accuracy, margin responsibility, and cost control. Use CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) intensively to create account and market transparency and to fully exploit market potential. Travel to potential and existing customers (~50% of working time) to present our solutions, build relationships, and strengthen our brand. Experience
Must have several years of successful B2B sales experience, with a strong focus on Industrial OEM markets — ideally in mining, heavy lifting, utility lines or similarly demanding industrial applications. Demonstrate a proven track record in managing complex, long sales cycles and building strong, long-term customer relationships. Ability to combine technical knowledge with strong commercial understanding and feel confident engaging with customers on both levels. Work strategically and analytically, always aiming for sustainable growth and margin optimization. Must be a proactive, reliable, and self-driven team player with an entrepreneurial mindset, who enjoys collaborating across departments and working in an international environment. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required to help you create value for both the customer and the company. What you can expect
