Position Description
We're looking for an experienced Data Analyst to support our team by delivering data-driven solutions that strengthen financial insights and streamline operations. This role focuses on building intuitive dashboards, developing scalable data pipelines, and applying advanced analytics to support better business decisions. We partner with 15 of the top 20 banks globally, and our top 10 banking clients have worked with us for an average of 26 years! This role is located at a client site in Reston, VA or Plano, TX. A hybrid working model is acceptable. Responsibilities
Work closely with finance and business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into practical, high-impact data solutions. Improve existing reporting tools, ensuring data accuracy and optimizing performance across analytics platforms. Operate in Agile environments, preferably with a background as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) or similar leadership role within SAFe or large-scale Agile frameworks. Facilitate cross-team coordination, support program-level planning and execution, and drive continuous improvement across data and analytics initiatives. Balance technical expertise, business understanding, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
3+ years of hands‑on experience with Python and SQL for data processing and automation. Proven ability to design and deliver Tableau dashboards that are both insightful and user‑friendly. Solid understanding of data engineering concepts, including building and maintaining data pipelines. Experience applying advanced analytics techniques such as statistical analysis, forecasting, or modeling. Comfortable working with large, complex datasets and turning them into meaningful insights. Track record of automating workflows and improving reporting efficiency. Ability to optimize performance for queries, dashboards, and data processes. Strong communication skills, translating business needs into technical solutions. Collaborative mindset, capable of working across teams and managing competing priorities. Preferred / Additional Experience
Experience serving as a Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master, or similar Agile leadership role. Strong understanding of SAFe, Program Increment (PI) planning, and Agile ceremonies. Facilitating cross‑team coordination, dependency management, and risk mitigation in large-scale programs. Driving continuous improvement through retrospectives, metrics, and Agile best practices. Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms. Aligning data and analytics initiatives with broader program and business objectives. Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Benefits

CGI is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role in the U.S. The current estimate for this role is $85,100.00 - $108,300.00. Non-Discrimination
