We’re looking for a hands‑on PCB Design Engineer who has taken boards end‑to‑end from concept through manufacturing, and is excited by improving and automating that process. What You’ll Do
Own end-to-end PCB design: schematic, layout, bring‑up, and production Design high-speed, multilayer boards for complex aerospace systems Work closely with manufacturing on DFM, testability, and production readiness Help build design automation workflows to improve speed and quality Collaborate across hardware, systems, and manufacturing teams ✅ What We’re Looking For
Proven experience delivering PCB designs through to manufacturing Strong hands‑on experience with Cadence Allegro, Xpedition, or similar Experience with controlled impedance, high‑speed, multilayer designs Background in aerospace, defense, or high‑reliability hardware Solid understanding of DFM, validation, and production processes Experience with design automation or improving design workflows Exposure to RF, mixed-signal, or power electronics systems Experience working with contract manufacturers Work on cutting‑edge space hardware and infrastructure Strong ownership and technical influence
