Senior Project Manager
to support a portfolio of enterprise-level, software-driven initiatives. This individual will play a critical role driving execution across multiple workstreams, with strong visibility across business and technology leadership. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who operates with strong executive presence, owns outcomes, and thrives in complex, cross-functional environments. Responsibilities
Finance & Business Alignment: Partner closely with finance and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project scope, priorities, and outcomes Support budgeting, forecasting, and business case alignment for key initiatives Translate business needs into actionable project plans and deliverables Drive consistent reporting across multiple stakeholder groups (including senior leadership) Build and maintain clear visibility into project health, risks, dependencies, and timelines Ensure communication is proactive, structured, and tailored to executive audiences Own and drive delivery across a portfolio of critical projects from initiation through execution Lead project planning, execution, and governance across multiple teams Identify risks early, remove blockers, and ensure projects stay on track Coordinate across engineering, product, and business teams in a matrixed environment Qualifications
7–8+ years of Project Management experience within enterprise environments Proven experience leading
software / technology-driven projects
end-to-end Strong executive presence with experience interfacing with senior leadership Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills Experience working in complex, cross-functional organizations What We’re Looking For
