About This Team Our mobile teams are responsible for building, shipping, and supporting iOS and Android apps that deliver secure, reliable features that delight our guests.
Core Responsibilities As a senior leader you will be accountable for the strategy, execution, and operational excellence of critical mobile initiatives, partnering closely with Product, Design, Architecture, and Business leaders. You are comfortable operating at both a strategic and executional level—setting direction, managing cross‑team dependencies, and driving outcomes that directly impact the business.
Lead iOS and Android engineering teams
Oversee delivery of large‑scale, complex mobile initiatives, managing dependencies, risk, and execution across teams
Own the mobile technology roadmap across both platforms, ensuring alignment to product and business priorities
Drive consistent engineering standards, architectural patterns, and delivery practices across iOS and Android
Champion technical excellence, quality, performance, reliability, and security of mobile applications
Identify and prioritize strategic technical debt across platforms, articulate trade‑offs, and drive remediation plans
Communicate status, risks, and strategic decisions clearly to senior leaders and executive stakeholders
Build, mentor, and retain high‑performing teams; develop future leaders through coaching and feedback
Qualifications
2+ years as a senior leadership position such as a Sr. Technology Manager or Technology Director
15+ years of experience in software development
Strong understanding of mobile architecture, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and app store processes
Working knowledge of native mobile technologies:
iOS: SwiftUI
Android: Kotlin
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience

Compensation and Benefits Package Pay range: $179,800 – $236,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. Permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and other total rewards, subject to eligibility requirements.
