We are partnering with a leading lighting manufacturer in the West Midlands who are seeking an experienced Senior Product Design Engineer to join their growing engineering team.
This is a key hire for the business, reporting directly into the Managing Director, with responsibility for leading engineering projects from initial concept through to full production. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in both new product development (NPD) and the continuous improvement of existing product ranges, with a strong focus on innovation, sustainability, and manufacturability.
This is a hands-on leadership role, combining technical design expertise with engineering ownership and process improvement across the full product lifecycle.
