Sales & Events Manager (Conference Venue) £42,000 – £46,000 + Quarterly Bonus Monday to Friday Central Bristol ( parking available) Are you a high-energy, results-driven Sales individual with a background in hotel or conference event sales? Passionate about delivering exceptional, high-end events? This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading venue and play a key role in driving revenue and client experience. The Role Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead B2B sales activity across a busy conference venue, managing the full sales lifecycle from initial enquiry through to event delivery. You'll combine strategic sales, pricing insight, and seamless coordination to maximise occupancy, revenue, and repeat business. Key Responsibilities Drive revenue growth through proactive account management and new business conversion Manage inbound enquiries, produce compelling proposals, and deliver professional site tours Maintain a strong sales pipeline with timely follow-ups and CRM management Coordinate event details with clients to ensure smooth delivery Optimise venue occupancy and yield performance Produce regular sales reports and support financial processes What We're Looking For Proven track record in achieving sales targets and high conversion rates Experience within conference, events, or hospitality sales Strong CRM/system skills (Kinetics or similar desirable) Confident communicator with excellent client relationship skills Commercially astute with strong organisational ability What's in it for you?
