We’re growing and we’re looking for a Senior Mechanical Estimator who wants to play a key role in how we win and shape projects.
This isn’t just pricing work off drawings. You’ll be influencing how we approach bids, working closely with delivery teams, and helping secure complex M&E projects across sectors like data centres, industrial and building services.
If you understand how projects are actually built, and how to price them properly, this is a role where your input genuinely matters.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading mechanical estimating on high-value M&E tenders
Interpreting tender documentation and identifying commercial risks early
Building accurate cost plans across labour, plant and materials
Engaging with supply chain to drive competitive pricing
Supporting design & build solutions where required
Preparing full tender submissions and adjudication packs
Collaborating with electrical estimators to produce final bids
Contributing to value engineering and alternative solutions
Following bids through to award and capturing market feedback
What We’re Looking For
5–10+ years’ experience in mechanical estimating within M&E / building services
Strong understanding of how projects are delivered on site
Comfortable working across complex tenders and tight deadlines
Commercially aware — you know where risk sits and how to manage it
Able to challenge, influence and bring ideas — not just price what’s in front of you
