Site Manager

Salary: €75-85k + Package

Location: Hollystown, Dublin

• Site Leadership: Take full control of day-to-day site operations, managing direct labour and specialist subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow.
• Programme Management: Monitor progress against the master schedule, managing milestones and ensuring the project is delivered on time.
• Health & Safety: Maintain rigorous H&S standards (HSA compliance), conducting site inductions and toolbox talks to ensure a zero-incident environment.
• Quality Control: Ensure all works are delivered to the highest standards of quality, specifications, and BCAR requirements.
• Subcontractor Management: Coordinate subcontractors and trades, managing manpower and material deliveries effectively.
• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with project managers, design teams, architects, and engineers to resolve technical issues promptly.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate site records, daily diaries, and report progress to the Project Manager.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Site Manager, preferably with a Tier 1 main contractor in Ireland or the UK.
• Background: Proven track record delivering large-scale residential projects (housing/apartments) from groundworks to finish.
• Qualification: Third-level qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a recognized trade background.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of construction methods, Irish building regulations, and ability to read technical drawings.
• Certifications: Valid Safe Pass, Manual Handling, and CSCS tickets. xcfaprz
