This is a hybrid working model which will require you to be onsite in the Dublin office 2 days per week.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong data analysis experience who enjoys working in a commercially focused environment, using data to drive real business decisions.
You’ll play a key role in understanding customer behaviour, content performance and subscription trends, helping the business improve engagement, conversion and overall revenue performance.
What you’ll be doing:
Analyzing customer behaviour, content performance and subscription trends
Identifying opportunities across acquisition, engagement, retention and churn
Building and maintaining dashboards and automated reporting tools
Managing tracking across platforms including event and conversion tracking
Supporting commercial teams with insights to drive revenue opportunities
Working closely with marketing, editorial, product and finance teams
Defining and refining key metrics and KPIs across the business
Experience we are looking for:
2+ years’ experience in data analysis
Strong understanding of digital metrics including engagement, retention, funnels, subscriptions and customer segmentation
Experience building dashboards and presenting insights in a clear, actionable way
Hands‑on experience with tracking, reporting and data analysis tools
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain data to non‑technical stakeholders
Comfortable working cross‑functionally with multiple teams across the business
Experience with tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, Power BI, Excel, HubSpot, Microsoft Clarity, SEMrush or similar would be an advantage
This is a hands‑on role where you’ll own the data journey end-to-end, from how it’s captured through to how it’s used to inform decision‑making, so you’ll need to be comfortable working with both the technical and commercial side of data. xcfaprz
