Urology Physician

HCA Florida Memorial Hospital is seeking a Urologist to join a well established practice in Jacksonville, Florida, as part of Florida s largest healthcare system .

• Join a highly trained and experienced urology surgical team
• State of the art, fully equipped surgical suites
• Collaborative oncology program alongside local medical and radiation oncologists
• Practice located in a medical office building conveniently adjacent to the hospital
• Supported by a busy emergency department at a Level II Trauma Center

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology by the American Board of Urology
• Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted Florida medical license
• No history of license revocation, restriction, or suspension in any jurisdiction
• Active, unrestricted DEA registration
