Orthopedics Physician

We are seeking a full-time NP or PA to join our outpatient orthopedic practice serving the Hudson and Greene County communities in Upstate New York , just 2 hours north of NYC and 30 minutes south of Albany. This role focuses on patient evaluation, treatment planning, and collaboration with orthopedic physicians in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

• Outpatient-only orthopedic practice

• Work alongside 5 orthopedic physicians and 2 full-time APPs

• Standard office environment with procedure rooms and patient holding area

• Flexible schedule: 5 days/week or 10-hour shifts, Monday"Thursday

• On-call: approximately 1 in 3

• Increasing patient population

• Base salary $110,000"$150,000 (based on experience) + productivity-based incentives
