Opportunity:

Physician - Electrophysiology

Job Details:

  • Work 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM shifts with 1-hour lunch break

  • Handle hospital consults (3-4 per day) and EP cases (4-6 per day depending on case length)

  • See 20-22 clinic patients per day

  • Treat adult patient population

  • Perform cardiac electrophysiology procedures, specifically heart rhythm disturbances

  • Conduct ablations - must demonstrate 100 EP cases in last 2 years with emphasis on ablations

  • Must be comfortable performing moderate sedation independently

  • Use Abbott Ensite-X Mapping system

  • Perform TEEs and moderate sedation

  • Work in both hospital and in-office clinic settings

  • Use Cerner EMR system

  • Board certification (BC or BE) required

  • ACLS certification required

  • Minimum 1 year experience required

  • Complete mandatory remote Cerner training (approximately 4 hours)

The medical center maintains high standards for patient care and utilizes current technology including the Abbott Ensite-X Mapping system for electrophysiology cases.
