At Secure Dentures & Implants, you walk in and do full-arch restorations, implant placement, and life-changing smile transformations — every single day. No cleanings. No fillings. Just the high-value, high-impact work that made you want to become a dentist in the first place.
We are anticipating multiple opportunities in our Tulsa metro locations and looking for driven, surgical dentists to lead the charge. These opportunities are spurred by growth and expanding opportunities to our existing associate doctors, now partnering with us at the next level. You could be next!
What Makes This Different
Focused practice — full-arch (All-on-4/Secure Smile), implants, dentures, extractions and limited restorative. That’s it. Do what you love.
Competitive base + production bonus — Base salaries start at 180k and increase with experience, Associates are compensated 25% of adjusted production with average full-time annual pay averaging 482.75K (2025)
Help lead established teams — Work directly with founders and learn advanced case management with founding doctors and trained team members. Hit the ground running and no need to look back!
Best-in-class technology — CBCT, digital workflow, same-day smiles. Intraoral scanning, photogrammetry, 3-d printing, and milling. You’ll have the tools to do your best work.
Mentorship & training — whether you’re a new grad hungry to learn full-arch or an experienced implant dentist, we invest in your growth. Our doctors train together.
Work-life balance — Mon-Fri, 8-5. No weekends. No on-call. Your evenings belong to you.

Who You Are
⦁ DDS/DMD with active Oklahoma license (or willing to obtain)
⦁ Passionate about implant dentistry and full-arch rehabilitation

⦁ New grads with strong surgical interest welcome; advanced residency a plus!

Pay: $180,000.00 - $550,000.00 per year
