Required Qualifications
Certified Public Accountant (United States) or equivalent preferred Minimum five (5) years of experience in public accounting, financial consulting, or financial reporting for large publicly-traded companies Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance-related field or equivalent experience Prior experience using ActiveDisclosure preferred Advanced proficiency in MS Excel required; strong overall MS Office proficiency preferred
