Own and improve the technical training program for Solutions Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and channel partners Collaborate with leadership to refine the technical onboarding program for new hires and assist with competitive intelligence materials Develop and deliver technical enablement materials for partners and customers, ensuring alignment with product updates and feedback
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in technical training, sales enablement, or related roles with a technical training focus Experience designing and delivering technical training curricula for enterprise B2B audiences Hands-on experience with cybersecurity solutions such as SIEM, CTI, or SOAR Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into structured training content Experience administering LMS platforms and facilitating training workshops for technical audiences
