Über
Serve as the primary functional Workday expert for HR, applying HR processes effectively within the system Lead requirements-gathering sessions with HR stakeholders to identify business needs and process gaps Develop reports and analytics to support HR operations and decision-making
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience Workday Certified in HCM or related modules preferred Five or more years of experience leveraging Workday in a functional capacity Strong knowledge of Workday business processes, configuration concepts, and overall system functionality Experience supporting HR systems within an internal HR function
