A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Technical Analyst to join their Mortgage Servicing team remotely. Key Responsibilities
Lead test design and configuration for the ACES Quality Management System, ensuring optimal platform performance and compliance Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support end-to-end testing initiatives, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Develop and execute comprehensive QA test cases, document defects, and prepare detailed reporting on test execution and system performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, technical analysis, or business analysis within the mortgage servicing or financial services industry Hands-on experience with the ACES Quality Management System or similar QA platforms is highly preferred Strong understanding of mortgage servicing operations, including compliance and regulatory requirements Proficiency with SQL, including writing queries and working with relational databases
