Own Customer Success and Partner analytics to drive retention, expansion, and revenue growth Deliver actionable insights, dashboards, and reporting in collaboration with Customer Success and Partners Leadership Ensure data accuracy and consistency across analytics systems while translating complex data into clear insights for stakeholders
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in customer analytics, product analytics, or GTM analytics within a B2B SaaS environment Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehouses such as Snowflake Experience building dashboards and reporting in Tableau or comparable BI tools Solid understanding of post-sales GTM motions including customer success, renewals, expansion, and partnerships
