3-4+ years of experience in event content management or sponsor/vendor coordination Experience supporting large-scale or enterprise-level events Proficiency with Airtable for workflow management and data organization Working knowledge of HTML for email development and customization Experience using customer service platforms to manage ticketing systems and communications
