Required Qualifications
7+ years of web/application development experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role Deep expertise in Drupal (v9/10) and full-stack development (PHP, JavaScript/Node.js, HTML5, CSS3) Experience delivering web applications for government or regulated-sector clients Solid understanding of WCAG accessibility compliance Proven ability to scale delivery operations and manage distributed teams
