A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to support the Deputy Assistant Secretary of War for Health Services and Policy Oversight and the Director of the Defense Health Agency. Key Responsibilities
Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the existing Disability Evaluation System Quality Assurance Program and develop a structured Course of Action Architect and guide the implementation of a proactive internal control system to support governance and ensure compliance Develop and recommend enterprise performance metrics, risk-tiered reporting mechanisms, and standardized case review protocols
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, math, or science At least five years of related experience in designing and implementing Quality Assurance programs within a federal or DoD environment Demonstrated subject-matter expertise in the DoD Disability Evaluation System and relevant regulations Strong knowledge of audit readiness principles and quality monitoring frameworks Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
