Own and drive high-impact analytical problems across Care, from problem definition through execution and recommendation Lead deep-dive analyses into care operations, patient journeys, and provider workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities Build and scale dashboards, reporting, and data foundations to support operational and strategic decision-making
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related quantitative field Expert SQL skills, including working with large datasets and writing optimized queries Strong experience with data modeling and collaboration with data/analytics engineering Advanced experience with BI tools, including building scalable dashboards Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis
