Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in data engineering and analytics with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams Expertise in SaaS business models and data stacks (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, Airflow) Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that inform strategy and priorities Strong engineering mindset with experience in systems architecture and automation Experience in establishing unified data definitions and governance processes
