Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday-Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Friday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

Salary : $21.00 - 24.00 per hour based on experience.

What You’ll Do
The Online PrEP Coordinator supports CAN Community Health’s virtual PrEP program by ensuring accurate patient onboarding, clinical documentation coordination, laboratory and pharmacy workflow management, and ongoing patient engagement. This role promotes efficient operations, patient-centered communication, and continuity of care within the online PrEP model. The Coordinator serves as a primary operational liaison between patients and interdisciplinary teams to enhance access, retention, and satisfaction.
- Upon new patient registration, verify that all required consents, demographic information, guarantor details, and required assessments are fully completed and documented in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Review and assign the appropriate pharmacy in the EHR based on program protocols and regional pharmacy guidance prior to the patient’s scheduled appointment.
