Urology Physician

Covenant Medical Group is actively seeking a Permanent General Urologist to join our dynamic team in Mid Michigan. This vital position aims to address increasing volumes and enhance patient access, making it a high priority for our organization

As a part of Covenant Medical Group (CMG), you will become part of a physician-driven, patient-focused organization that is committed to excellence in health care delivery and professional fulfillment. Our state-of-the-art facilities include a Level 2 trauma center, advanced operating rooms, and a beautiful outpatient surgery center, equipped with cutting-edge technology such as da Vinci HD robots.

• Join an extraordinary medical team, working alongside three experienced urologists, including two uro-oncologists.
• Perform a full range of general urology procedures, with a focus on laparoscopic and robotic techniques.
• Manage call responsibilities on a 1:4 rotation.
• Utilize Epic EHR for efficient patient record management, a system we have been using for over 15 years.
• Involve in resident and medical student education through rounding opportunities.
• Work within a collaborative environment that includes a practice coordinator and support staff.
• Engage with a variety of specialists, enhancing multidisciplinary care.
• Take advantage of our unique facilities including a new hybrid operating suite and access to advanced surgical technology.

• Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Urology.
• Experience with laparoscopic and robotic techniques.
• Excellent clinical and leadership skills, with strong communication capabilities.
• Current Michigan medical license (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

• Board certification in Urology - REQUIRED
• Active Michigan medical license or willingness to obtain - REQUIRED
• DEA registration to be obtained prior to start - REQUIRED
• Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days) - REQUIRED
• CSR/CDS obtained prior to start - REQUIRED
