MD365 , an affiliate of Brookhaven Heart, is a comprehensive primary and specialty care practice. We are currently seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine to join our team, providing out-patient care at our Shirley office location.

This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care in a collaborative and supportive out-patient environment.

Base Salary is commensurate with skills and experience
