We’re partnering with a global enterprise technology leader (our client) to hire a
Delivery Operations Manager
who will play a pivotal role in transforming how their EMEA Delivery organisation operates.
This isn’t a “keep the lights on” role — it’s about building a
data-first, AI-enabled operation
that can scale. You’ll move the team from reactive reporting to proactive, insight-led decision making, creating the structure, rhythm, and visibility senior leaders rely on.
What you’ll do:
Build and embed governance frameworks, KPIs, and operational cadences across EMEA Delivery
Turn complex delivery, headcount, and financial data into clear, executive-ready insights
Drive workforce planning, capacity modelling, and strategic decision support with Finance & HR
Act as the central point for resolving delivery issues and improving performance
Lead continuous improvement through AI, automation, and scalable operational processes
What we’re looking for:
5–7+ years in Business Ops, Delivery Ops, or Professional Services (SaaS/tech preferred)
Strong experience with headcount planning, utilisation, and financial modelling xcfaprz
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate at leadership level
Advanced data & AI capability (analytics, automation, predictive insights)
Hands-on, proactive mindset — equally comfortable in strategy and execution
