This position reports to the VP, Global Data & Analytics. This role is hybrid and is based in North Andover, MA, Dallas, TX, or remote.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
Serve as Scrum Master for multiple data and analytics initiatives across global business units
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Drive consistent adoption of Agile/Scrum best practices across data engineering, analytics, and BI teams
Lead sprint execution, backlog prioritization, and release planning to ensure predictable delivery outcomes
Support delivery of enterprise initiatives including data lakehouse, analytics platforms, data governance, and reporting solutions
Manage dependencies across cross-functional teams including data engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders
Partner with Product Owners and business leaders to translate business needs into actionable backlogs
Facilitate communication across supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, and finance stakeholders
Provide transparency on delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
Identify and remove impediments impacting team delivery and performance
Drive continuous improvement in team velocity, quality, and delivery predictability
Coach teams on Agile principles and scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe) to improve Agile maturity
Track and report key delivery metrics including sprint velocity, burndown/burnup, release progress, and quality metrics
Ensure adherence to enterprise governance, security, and compliance standards
Support leadership reporting for data and analytics programs
Travel Requirements Approximately 25% travel, including visits to corporate offices and global business locations as needed.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (in absence of degree, relevant work experience may be considered)
7+ years of experience in data, analytics, or business intelligence delivery environments
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead
Strong experience working with data engineering and analytics teams
Experience with BI platforms such as Power BI or similar tools
Experience working with ERP data environments
Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and delivery frameworks
Strong experience coordinating cross-functional programs across business and technology teams
Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable
Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, particularly in supply chain or operations analytics
Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Azure data platforms, or Databricks
Familiarity with SAP data and analytics use cases
Experience working in global, distributed team environments
Background in consulting (Big 4 experience preferred)
Scrum certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master

Working Conditions While performing the job duties, you will be working remotely in an office environment. You may be required to occasionally travel to and work in the office at the North Andover, MA location for meetings, trainings, or as otherwise required by Company management.
Physical Requirements
Ability to remain seated at a desk or workstation for extended periods.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks like typing on a keyboard or using a mouse for extended periods.
Ability to physically move around the office, organize or transport files, packages, or other office-related materials.
Ability to read documents, use a computer, and perform data entry tasks.
Ability to communicate clearly with management and coworkers, particularly in meetings or phone calls.
Ability to operate standard office equipment such as computers, printers, phones, and copiers.
Ability to occasionally lift and carry light objects, such as office supplies, documents, or small equipment.
Pay Range The expected salary range for this position is $130,000- $160,000 yearly.
