Your RoleAs our School Administrator, you will be the heartbeat of our school, providing essential front-of-house reception duties and comprehensive administrative support. Your welcoming demeanor will help maintain a professional environment for staff, pupils, parents, and visitors alike.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage reception, calls, visitors, and enquiries
- Maintain school systems, records, and calendars
- Support meetings, correspondence, and documentation
- Assist with attendance monitoring and reporting
- Liaise with staff, parents, and external agencies
- Support the wider school team with general administration tasks

We seek a dynamic individual who thrives in a busy environment and possesses the following:
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience in an administrative role (education experience is a plus)
- Familiarity with IT systems (SIMS experience is desirable)
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
