Practice Overview:

• Join a collaborative team with three experienced physicians
• Referral-driven, medically focused ophthalmology model
• Strong in-house subspecialty support in cornea, retina, and glaucoma
• Rotating call schedule approximately every 6-8 weeks

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• No retail or primary eye care duties
• Balance of clinic and procedural time with a manageable workload
• Potential for flexible scheduling discussions

Compensation & Benefits:

• Guaranteed salary $ - $160,000 in Year 1, transitioning to collections-based income
• Comprehensive insurance coverage, including malpractice

• CME time and allowance with potential signing bonus

Candidate Requirements:

• Optometry (OD) degree holders only
• Open to both new graduates and experienced optometrists
• Residency training is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach are essential
