About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CRM Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing and optimizing customer journeys within our CRM systems, developing innovative automation strategies, and enhancing our marketing effectiveness through data‑driven insights. Your expertise will support the development of personalized content and product recommendations by building and refining machine learning models. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with IT, Business Intelligence teams, and Product Owners to ensure data quality, governance, and the successful implementation of data‑driven use cases. Qualifications The ideal candidate holds a completed degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. You should have proven experience working with CRM systems and Business Intelligence tools, with a solid understanding of data management and analysis. Experience in the retail or e‑commerce environment, familiarity with cloud platforms, and knowledge of data engineering are highly desirable. MLOps skills are a plus, demonstrating your ability to deploy and maintain machine learning models effectively. Strong communication skills are essential to articulate complex analytical concepts clearly, and fluency in German is required for this role.
Responsibilities
Analyze and optimize customer journeys within the CRM platform, identifying opportunities for automation and enhancement.
Conduct campaign performance analysis, including tracking key metrics, evaluating target group impact, and applying attribution models and A/B testing methodologies.
Create and segment customer groups, developing and refining machine learning models to personalize content and product suggestions.
Process, clean, and analyze large datasets from CRM, Business Intelligence, and ERP systems to derive actionable insights for marketing and customer relationship management.
Collaborate closely with IT, BI teams, and Product Owners to ensure data availability, quality, and compliance with governance standards, supporting the implementation of data‑driven initiatives.
