The Inside Sales Representative focus will be to close sales over the phone, working closely with leads to understand their needs, present product benefits, and overcome objections. Will play a key role in expanding our customer base and contributing directly to revenue growth. This is a hybrid role with Fridays from home. Responsibilities
Qualify and engage potential leads through inbound and outbound phone prospecting Focus on closing deals efficiently to maximize revenue and minimize time to close Conduct compelling phone presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and existing customers to nurture relationships and identify upsell opportunities Accurately record all customer interactions and sales activities in Salesforce Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to refine sales strategies and processes Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and sales best practices Qualifications
