About the Role We’re partnered with a mid-sized company that has a strong data foundation and is now focused on using AI to drive smarter decisions across the business. This role sits within a centralized Data / Analytics team and works closely with product and business leaders.
They’re looking for a Data Scientist who can go beyond reporting and help build models that actually influence outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Build and deploy predictive models such as forecasting and segmentation
Work with large datasets to uncover patterns and insights
Partner with business leaders to solve real operational problems
Apply AI tools where they add value
Present findings in a clear and practical way
What They’re Looking For
3 to 6+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics
Strong skills in Python, SQL, and modeling techniques
Experience with machine learning or AI-driven analysis
Ability to explain complex ideas simply
Someone focused on impact, not just theory
