As a Salesforce Developer at FCG, you will play a central role in continuously improving and enhancing our Salesforce platform. You will collaborate closely with the Salesforce Administrator and stakeholders, taking ownership of programmatic requests and ensuring the platform meets business needs and best practices. Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Salesforce Administrator to validate business requirements and consider security, scalability, and limits. Develop Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce components to extend Salesforce and support business requirements. Build custom user interfaces using Visualforce pages, Lightning pages, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components. Integrate Salesforce with other systems using Salesforce APIs. Follow Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and author and maintain test classes for all custom development. Own release cycles, implementing and deploying new or updated applications and code. Integrate and maintain business applications such as DocuSign, Conga, and Survey Gizmo. Collaborate with IT and other developers to integrate cross‑business systems. Support the Salesforce Administrator in day‑to‑day tasks. Required Qualifications
Salesforce Sales Cloud, Field Service, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud product knowledge. At least five years of Salesforce development experience. Proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and related technologies. Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and general web development. Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I. Proficiency with Microsoft Visual Studio, Salesforce Lightning Design System, and the Salesforce development lifecycle. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Desirable Qualifications
Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer I, Mobile application Developer). Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree, professional qualification, or relevant experience. Competency in other languages or development frameworks (XML, Flex, .NET, SQL, C++, SOAP). Comfortable managing a team and demonstrating continued personal or professional development. Active participation in the Salesforce community. Benefits
